After sales service and technical support is an integral part of our business and an important part of the complete package that we offer. With this in mind, clients have access to technicians who can provide mechanical, electrical and control support upon request.
Among the many things our support team can help with, we can:
- Perform installations and commissioning of our machines or systems.
- Provide on-site maintenance service for our machines installed on customer sites as part of a preventative maintenance plan
- Provide emergency breakdown service and support for our machines by travelling to site to diagnose and rectify technical issues as soon as possible
- Complete part-identification and inventory control.
- Conduct machine -specific operations and maintenance training courses for staff as requested
- Rebuild and refurbish selected machines in Extreme workshop
- Comply with local safety guidelines and ensure risks are identified and controlled.
