IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
Our team and operations have now grown to encompass manufacturing. Our manufacturing operations are comprised of multiple converting machines to manufacture shrink bags; thermoforming machinery to manufacture PP and PET trays. As well as slitting machinery to cut and wind rollstock as required. Manufacturing has also allowed us to provide custom solutions outside of the pre made products we source and distribute.
All manufacturing takes place in our HACCP certified facility. Extreme Packaging Solutions has devoted significant resources to ensure that food safety and cleaning standards are maintained to the stringent standards delineated by Compass Assurance Services. Our Management teams are trained by Compass in accordance with our integrated services programs. Our staff, irrelevant of site requirements are all trained and inducted by our in-house HACCP training programs to increase awareness and to prevent cross contamination in all aspects of our operations. Our internal systems are professionally developed to blend seamlessly into our clients current HACCP programs.
